These terms apply when you order personalised prints from My Sports Poster.

Who can order

Orders must be placed by an adult who is the child’s parent or legal guardian. By ordering you confirm that you have the right to use the photographs you send us.

What you are buying

Personalised, unframed A4 prints (210 × 297 mm). A single order is one print in your chosen style. A pack is three separate prints of the same child in the same sport, one in each style. Frames and digital downloads are not included.

Your photographs

We check every photograph before starting your artwork and may ask for a replacement. Your photographs are used only to produce your order. We don’t use them publicly or in marketing without separate permission.

Artwork approval

You receive a proof and approve every design before printing. One consolidated round of corrections is included with each order.

Price and delivery

Prices are shown on each product. Delivery is added at checkout, where the confirmed options and total appear.

Club contributions

For eligible completed orders attributed to a participating club, a fixed £5 per single print or £10 per three-print pack goes to that club. Orders that are not attributed to a participating club don’t generate a contribution.

Cancellations and problems

See personalisation, cancellations and returns. Your statutory rights are not affected.
