Good to know
Is a frame included?
No. Prints are unframed. Frames and digital downloads aren’t included.
Is this a download?
No. These are physical A4 prints, posted to UK addresses.
Can a pack feature different children?
No. A pack is the same child in the same sport, with one print in each of the three styles.
Can I use any photograph?
It needs to meet our photo guide. We check every photo before we start your artwork and will ask for a replacement if one isn’t suitable.
Do I approve the artwork?
Yes. You approve every design before anything is printed.
How many changes can I make?
One consolidated round of corrections per order. If we’ve made a mistake, we’ll always put it right.
Can you change the shirt or create an action pose?
Not in the standard offer. Please use suitable photographs of your player in their real kit.
Can you add a club crest?
Only where an approved club preset and permission exist.
Does every order support a club?
Only eligible orders attributed to a participating club with their code.
What if my print is wrong or damaged?
Contact us and we’ll arrange a remedy. Your statutory rights are not affected.
When will it arrive?
We’ll confirm timings once your photos are approved. We don’t guarantee gift deadlines.
Are the sample children real customers?
No. Our samples feature a fictional AI-generated player.
