A keepsake for families. A contribution for your club.

Participating clubs receive £5 from each attributed single-print order or £10 from each attributed three-print pack. We handle the orders, artwork and printing.

A fixed amount, every eligible order

Not a percentage, and not dependent on totals. Families enter your club code when they order; we keep the record and send you a monthly statement.

  • Paid on fulfilled, eligible orders on an agreed monthly schedule.
  • Excludes postage, unattributed orders and cancelled or refunded orders.
  • A pack counts once: £10 per pack, not per print.

How a campaign runs

  1. Agree the details

    We agree your code, dates and, if wanted, a real collection point and date.

  2. Share the launch

    Your coordinator shares the launch message and one reminder with families.

  3. Families order

    Parents order online with your code and send photos privately. No stock for the club to buy.

  4. We make every poster

    We check photos, send proofs and print only after each family approves.

  5. Collect or deliver

    Prints come to an agreed club collection, or are posted to families.

  6. Monthly statement

    You receive a statement of attributed orders and your contribution.

Start with a small pilot

We suggest one squad and a two-week campaign, capped at 20 orders or 40 physical prints, whichever comes first.

Does the club need to buy stock?
No. Families order and pay directly. The club only shares the campaign.
Who handles photos and proofs?
We do. Photos are sent privately by families and never shared with the club.
Can you use our crest?
Only with your permission and an approved club preset.
Is free collection automatic with a code?
No. Collection is only offered when a real location and date are agreed for your campaign.
